The pool was a big highlight with the family! The convenient laundry right in the courtyard was great. Staff was very kind and helpful. Beds were Comfortable too! 👍👍👍

We were very close to Carlsbad Caverns and a straight run to Guadalupe Mountains National Park. The rooms were neat and clean and had all amenities. Parking was sufficient. our trip was in November, so the pool was closed for the season. There are no restaurants within 17 miles from the hotel. Breakfast was packaged cold cereal, oranges and apples, packaged muffins, and coffee (not what we expected). There was one table and 4 chairs for all of the quests. Also, only 3 or 4 English channels worked on the TV, and they weren't major neworks.

Great place to stay when visiting national parks
White's City Cavern Inn was clean and comfortable with spacious rooms. It's location is ideal for visiting Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountains National Parks. Breakfast included a selection of cereals, muffins and fruit. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was very clean and comfortable. It was sparse and basic. The cable was non existent but decent WiFi. Fridge and microwave were in the room with a coffee maker and coffee.

A good stay
I booked two seperate rooms at two different times as I wasnt sure on our plans. When we arrived they had already made sure our rooms were connected which made it work so much better for our famiky. The rooms were clean and very close to the national park. The pool and slide were closed for the season but looked like a really fun addition for summer travels. Breakfast was a simple cereal and milk juice coffee but they had a large selection and worked well for what we needed.

I checked out of this property due to finding a bed bug. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude regarding this matter and in general. She offered not assistance or hospitalality and instead was curt and unsympathetic. I asked her about the charge when I arrived and she shrugged that she did not know. I wanted to make sure that I was not double charged for the stay. I also found my room outdated, uncozy, creepy, and not completely clean up on arrival. I found a spider and a couple ants, but let this go. When I saw a bed bug, I immediately checked out. It was on the floor but not doubt there were more and I did not wanting crawling on me or my belongings. This establishment should take this issue more seriously.

So if you’re going to Carlsbad Caverns, stay here unless you want a little bit of a better breakfast included. Closest to the Caverns. The tv was pretty bad but a lot of channels were watchable. I stayed heret@ to go to Guadalupe NP. I would stay here. Although hopefully they fix the ice machine.

The room was clean and relatively modern. The outside of the hotel is a bit dated and not visually inviting. But the price was good and inside the room was fine. Convenient location near Carlsbad Caverns.

Nice inexpensive motel right outside the Carlsbad Cavern Park entrance. Note: the drive to the caves in 7 miles uphill on winding roads. You cannot walk there. This is the closest motel to it. The restaurant across the street is only open until 3 pm. No place for buying snacks close by. The motel does offer soda vending machine & takeout pizza. The drive into Carlsbad is about 30-40 minutes depending. Good restaurants there. While motel was very clean, nice, safe & quiet it’s too far away from amenities for me.

Very convenient location to Caverns and Guadalupe and 20 minutes to Carlasbad for dining. No frills motel. We felt it was by far the best option for the parks. Staying in Carlsbad was very far to get there in the morning but this worked well.
