We had a nice stay, the property manager was very nice and helpful. She even accommodated us with an early check in, as our ferry arrived in the morning. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. The bed was super cozy. It was a perfect stay for 2. We especially enjoyed the pool. Good location for those with a vehicle, and parking was secured via remote gate. Only thing missing was perhaps some salt and pepper in the kitchen and soap/shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom, but we brought our own anyway so it was not an issue. The kitchen was otherwise well equipped with pots, pans, dishes, kettle, toaster, etc. Beach/pool towels, bath towels and hand towels were all provided which was great. We would definitely consider booking again.

Horrible and tacky

The view of the property was amazing. The lady on the night shift when we arrived was really helpful. Helped us carry our luggage in. Breakfast was good, nothing special, basic, standard breakfast.

The place was very clean

The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the food and amenities were enjoyable. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by a very frustrating check-in process. We waited over three hours past check-in time before our room was finally ready. To make up for the delay, we were assured by the front desk—and it was noted on our reservation—that we would receive a 2:00 PM late checkout the following day. However, at 12:00 PM the next day, our room keys stopped working. After returning to the front desk, we were told that we were not authorized for the 2:00 PM checkout that had been promised. This meant we had to spend additional time resolving an issue that should never have happened, causing unnecessary stress and disrupting the end of our stay. While the hotel itself was nice, the lack of communication and failure to honor the agreed-upon late checkout left us disappointed. A delayed check-in followed by having to argue over a promised late checkout significantly impacted what would have otherwise been a pleasant experience.
