In room, bathroom tub and enclosure filthy and counter damaged. No furniture with drawers. Exterior- many surfaces worn and damaged, clearly not renovated in some time. Heated food mediocre.

The room itself was clean. Bed was comfy but there was a serious musty/ damp smell that just wouldn’t go away. The pop corn ceiling & the bathroom just looked really dated. We tried to see if we can switch but they were full. Temp of room was fine, so AC definitely worked but we feel the musty smell was due to the AC. It was weird. I’m not 100% I would go back bc I’ve stayed here before, just last year actually & I did not have thee issues

And older property, which could use some updating and deep-cleaning, but good enough for a single traveler attending a convention in Woodstown. The young woman at the desk was very courteous and efficient, despite being a bit overwhelmed since Housekeeping still hadnt gotten all of the rooms ready. Had to wait about 20 minutes for my room (at 3:30 pm) but not a dealbreaker. Breakfast set-up was excellent.

Only issue I had is when I checked in there was no one at the desk, they didn’t respond to the bell so I had to call the hotel to check in. Which I had to do via phone. Otherwise it was great.

I guess I used too many squares of the one ply toilet paper and my toilet would not flush. When I called the front desk to tell them that they told it appear to be clogged he told me I was more than happy to come and pick up a plunger and plunge it myself. He wouldn’t even bring me the plunger he made me go out to the desk and get it. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a place where when there was a problem. It was the guest problem to solve it. Also, the Internet was terrible. It was an open Internet and it didn’t work at all. It said it was connected, but no webpage would open.
