Fantastic family stay with great facilities
The lodge was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The resort had great facilities, and our kids especially loved the pool and entertainment area. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and enjoyed our time here!

Lovely, tranquil place to stay. Worth a visit.
My husband and I stayed in Pine Lake Resort apartments to celebrate our belated 20th Wedding Anniversary. The surroundings were amazing and we had a lovely stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly, particularly the restaurant staff on the evening. The only downside was the fact that we didn't have an oven and had bought food for the evening that was meant to go in the oven. Hence the restaurant meal on that evening. It's probably our fault for not reading about what amenities were available in the apartment we were staying at but just wanting to give people a heads up just in case other guests make the same mistake. We will definitely bring our kids next time and stay in one of the lodges next to the lake.

Really great base for exploring the Lake District.lovely quiet area with a really pleasant atmosphere. We had a 2 bed lodge which was clean and well kitted out with everything you need. If I’m being picky maybe could do with a refresh but no complaints from me. Great communication by SMS and a really pleasant break.👍😃

Great base for Capenwray dive centre.

This was my 2nd trip in 3 months and probably the last one. On my first trip everything was fine but this time we were given the worst lodge, having 2 single mattress in master bedroom bed, lounge sofa bed mattress felt like theres only spring left inside, oven was without light or light wasnt working, on top of all this jacuzzi was out of service for all the 3 days we were there.

I liked: nice lake beside, indoor pool, friendly staff, restaurant, entertainment, studio apartment. I didn't like: NO refundation, even when informed the Resort 3 days before check-in, about need to shorten my stay. I considered a longer term stay because of the project I will be working on in that area but I don't consider it anymore. It looks like Diamond Resorts (the owner) took my money and they are not interested at all in giving them back.

First time staying but booked two lodges with family after a trip to ingleton falls. Pleasantly surprised as had all the amenities of home in a beautiful setting. We stayed in and cooked. Outside area had a lot of muck from swans and ducks but that is outweighed by the beautiful lake scenery. Check out time is 10am which was earlier than most hotels and made the morning a bit of a rush however would book again.

Beautiful setup by the lake. We loved the location, you can easily spend couple fo days. Eater sports right in front of you. Nice walks. Close to supermarkets. For pool you need to book in advance though.

Great weekend getaway; lots of indoor entertainment (arcade, gym, spa etc) so you can enjoy the day even if it’s raining; nice spacious room with very well equipped kitchen and lounge with table; outdoor activities are perfect for active people. Highly recommended.
