Soon as we walked in we noticed that the room was very dirty. We got a message that our room code did not work and there was a key for our room. We found that the key was just sticking out of the door. We found bugs on the bed (not bed bugs though). We found a razor from the previous guest next to the bed. There was a naked kid running around the entire place the whole day we stayed here. The kid also came down to the beach from their walk way FULLY NAKED. The child was about 2-3 years old and was leaving his room alone fully naked. Just walking around. Very disappointed. There was also pizzas boxes and drinks found under our staircase that lead to a lot of flies on our front patio. Location was awesome but I was very disappointed for the price. Would get my money back if I could.

We loved our view of the ocean from our second floor room. King bed was near the balcony door, so we had a great view right from the bed. Room was clean. Check in and check out procedure was simple and convenient.

Enjoyed being right on the beach and a nice view of the beach from the 2nd floor. No Smoking policy could be enforced better if staff are on location, as folks were smoking illegal substances in the sitting area on the first floor outside.

This propertywas quiet, relaxing, and within walking distance to restaurants, stores,and entertainment. Loved the ocean view and porch. Staff was very responsive to requests for additional towels. The microwave and mini fridge was perfect for our needs. Air condiononer worked wonderfully.Check in was a breeze! Knowing this was an older property, I didn't expect new furnishings as such. The cleanliness was subpar. The baseboards and trim around the furnitures are in need of a scrub as well as the floors. Everything else felt clean and fresh.

It wont disappoint
Cute little spot convenient for like a weekend. Getaway, it's an older hotel that's been updated and the beds are absolutely amazing. Pillows are equally amazing. We were equipped with plenty of towel shampoo, conditioner and lotion body wash. And there was enough of a kitchen to cook something in pots and pans available also with plates. The balcony is just right to your right and you see the ocean every time you look that way, it's beautiful. The parking is not so friendly. People leave their car there all week. I think we always had to park in the overflow. Our trip was in October...and it was great. Nice walk yo the boardwalk and of course beach has a private walkway!

For a multiple day stay there was no housekeeping. The beds were comfortable, but the place was very sparse and not decorated. The flooring was pretty low-grade. But the view was good

Poorly run hotel.
We couldnt check in until 5:45 at night because they closed the office and noone answered the after hours phone. Finally after leaving multiple voicemails, messages on hotels.com, and texts someone finally got in touch with us. What kind of hotel closes the office before 4:00pm and has no way of getting in touch with them?? especially when checkin is 4:00. Very unprofessional. The view from floor 1 also is minimal so its not worth paying for the beach view if you are on level 1.

It was a cute little place. Liked that the room we were given had a separate entrance. However, very disappointed in the cleanliness of the place. It was very dirty, floor was filthy, the outside of refrigerator stand was covered with crumbs and the table was nasty. I had to wipe everything down with Clorox wipes. Also, we had no toilet paper, which management took care of immediately when told. Other than the cleanliness, it could be a nice place to stay.
