Nice stay

Very welcoming & helpful staff. Overall very comfortable stay. But WiFi is not good, cut off frequently, and need to reconnect by logging in again, very annoying!

Overall nice stay

Friendly service, very clean, nice breakfast. Room 112 a bit small but well equiped. Good WiFi. The downside is that soundproofing is poor, there were on and off electrical motor and water sounds throughout the night.

A Gem in Carpentras

The hotel is in a charming old building. We got a room on the courtyard which was very quiet. The room was smallish by US standards but pretty average for Europe. Very comfy queen sized bed. The bathroom was beautiful and spotless, with double sinks. Breakfast was a little pricey at 14 euros but quite lavish, with eggs, bacon, etc as well as pastries, fruit, cold meat and cheese, etc. The breakfast room looked out on the flower- filled courtyard. The staff was excellent, cheerful, helpful, all speaking excellent English. Secure covered parking a block away. I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel.

Good location in the town. The Manager was nice enough to stay late to let me in when I arrived late due the flight delays. Will stay there again.

Friendly staff

Very well located, staff extremely friendly, always ready to help!! Dephine is simply the best concierge I've ever come across and a real asset to the hotel! Specially enjoyed using the kettle in the room after coming back from a long day out. Would definitely stay here again!

2 nights to visit the lavender cities

Great service and very nice staff. Breakfast was simple but amazing. No parking lot but managed to find free spaces in the nearby streets. Restaurants neraby we're not great but we spent the days visiting the nearby lavender cities. And pet friendly !

Basic hotel room, good check-in service

We picked this hotel from hotels.com about two hours before arrival as a pass-through from one area of Provence to the Haut Var on our vacation. It fit our needs - a basic room and wifi - though the room seemed tired and did not look like the pictures. Service was good, but towels were thin, the in-room coffee maker had dehydrated coffee which we did not use. Overall somewhat overpriced.

great for central Carpentras

All the staff in the hotel were really friendly and helpful. The location was very central, a few minutes walk to tourist information and the middle of Carpentras. The hotel breakfast was good. I would stay here again.

Hotel staffs were really kind and helpful. Hotel room was clean and nice for the price. I was happy to see electric coffe pot in my room. Hotel is conveniently located near Bedoin, Mazan and Mont Ventoux.

Better than expected!

The next time we are in the area, we will not hesitate to book here again. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of variety, room was very clean, very quiet, the staff were absolutely fantastic, going over the top to accommodate us and make us feel comfortable. Felt more like a boutique hotel where they work very hard to impress you. It was a perfect experience! Next time, we will make it to the market, just steps from the lobby! Lovely hotel, very charming!

Carpentras nice stay

Very good service and comfortable bedrooms with affordable rates. Surroundingd are not particularly nice but the hotel is not far from Carpentras city center.

Good location, miniature room

Traveling solo, I stayed only 1 night at Le Comtadin in Carpentras on my way from the Vaucleuse to the Luberon area. Very central, 2 min. from the pedestrian area in the centre. Parking is on the street for free (the hotel is across the police station), or underground for a fee. I had booked a single, because the picture actually showed a double bed. The bed was double and ok, unfortunately the room was just a bit larger than the bed. It is amazing that they managed to squeeze everything in such a small room (mini-fridge, desk, chair,etc.) The bathroom was also very small. The room and shower were in general clean, with some mildew signs in the shower. The only advantage of the small size was that the air conditioner managed to cool it very fast. No elevator. Breakfast was ok. The chap at the reception speaks English well and was in general very helpful. Only the rooms are air conditioned, the rest of the hotel is not.

Great service and crew - but a boring city

We got a 10 out of 10 service at this hotel! they were great - very nice, great service, helpful and kind. Clean rooms, a place to keep bicycles, and good breakfast. There usually is some free parking spaces on the street (else a 10 Euro parking charge). The location of the city is good for touring the area, but the city itself is not an attraction and there are much nicer places with more "leisure atmosphere" to stay at. Another huge plus is free WiFi which we need like oxygen to our roaming smartphones...
