JUST AVOID THIS HOTEL.

We arrived at 7.30 pm. The door was closed as well as the reception shutter. Two guests were in the lobby and saw us coming towards the door and opened it. As we could not see any reception, we took the lift to the first floor which was a room floor. We went down, trying to call the hotel and the reception was opened. The receptionnist jumped on us and asked why we did not read the message on the door and called her as shewas on the floors following the death of a client. Since we did not had a chance to read it, we tried to explain that guests opened the door for us. She went on barking at us all kind of nonsense. She had an answer for everything. I asked to be reimbursed for the night and offer to move to another hotel as we were not welcomed. She told us that she could not do that as I had booked on expedia. As a matter of fact as an hotelier she could not undertsand why I was going through a platform to book and not contact the hotel directly. I got a full load of unpleasant comments and a threat to call the Police as I supposedely threaten her. Suddenly a older lady came and told me that client was not king and the 2 of them continued although I was asking for my room key card as I just wanted to relax. What a nightmare scenario. The room was ok. The temperature is controlled from reception. There's no heater in the bathroom. Bed mattress was good but pillow too soft. Hotel is pretty quiet. Based on the experience and other similar comments. Just avoid this hotel.

Petit dĂ©jeuner avec une vaisselle en carton, c est le client qui doit s occuper de dĂ©barrasser son petit dej (du jamais vu ! ) dans la sdb 2 petites serviettes , compliquĂ© de s essuyer avec des serviettes qui servent en gĂ©nĂ©ral uniquement Ă  se sĂ©cher les mains et non pas tt le corps, pas de savon au lavabo , pas de tapis de douche. Il me semble que l hĂŽtel est gĂ©rĂ© par des propriĂ©taires qui sont pingres (le petit dej est Ă  l image de ce que je viens de dire) et j ai peur de dire que le client n est pas au cƓur de leurs prĂ©occupations. Quand on lit les commentaires sur Google et leurs rĂ©ponses, je m aperçois que rien ne change car certainement ils restent persuadĂ©s qu ils sont sur le bonne voie , et bien non !!! Je peux me permettre d’écrire ces remarques compte tenu du nombre de nuitĂ©es que je fais tout au long de l annĂ©e. Heureusement que beaucoup d hĂŽteliers se sont remis en question pour un service irrĂ©prochable mĂȘme s’ils ont dĂ» augmenter leur tarif. Cet hĂŽtel est bien situĂ© avec une deco plutĂŽt sympa mais il faut que les propriĂ©taires se remettent en question absolument !

Je comprends que votre politique actuelle ne permet pas de faire des exceptions, mais il serait plus professionnel de contacter les clients Ă  l’avance pour connaĂźtre leur heure approximative d’arrivĂ©e. J’ai reçu un appel aprĂšs l’heure limite de votre politique, m’informant qu’il ne serait pas possible de me recevoir et que je devais trouver un autre hĂŽtel. Étant en dĂ©placement professionnel en train depuis Lille avec un rĂ©seau tĂ©lĂ©phonique limitĂ©, j’ai Ă©tĂ© trĂšs surpris par cet accueil !!! Dans d’autres Ă©tablissements, il est courant de proposer le dĂ©pĂŽt d’une clĂ© ou d’un code d’accĂšs dans une boĂźte Ă  l’accueil ! Ce n’est apparemment pas le cas chez vous ! Personnel pas trĂšs accueillant ni souriant. Je dirais avoir l'impression que c'est une affaire familiale qui essaye de ne pas s'Ă©crouler. On croirait qu'on les emmerdent. Une odeur juste insupportable Ă  l'entrĂ©e comme si une personne avait vider son parfum sur lui mais c'est bien l'odeur de l'hĂŽtel. La musique du bar / restaurant Ă  fond... Mouais! Odeur pas trĂšs agrĂ©able non plus dans la chambre qui ne part pas mĂȘme aprĂšs aĂ©ration. PropretĂ© zĂ©ro. RĂ©glage de la tempĂ©rature impossible. La ventilation se calme vers 23h et se rallume vers 6h. On entend pissĂ© le voisin d'Ă  cĂŽtĂ©. Donc... Non, je ne reviendrai pas.
