Wonderful hotel. The second time I have stayed here. Wonderful staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Alice is an absolute star. Great food with generous portions. If you ate a full breakfast you would need to walk ten miles to walk it off. Cannot praise this hotel enough

When i say this hotel is a 100/10 i absaloutly mean its a 100/10 from the cleaness to the decor to the food not to mention the staff and the owner gareth honestly would come here weekly if i could they treat you like family and nothing is too much for them i stayed here with my husband for his work then again when my son passed away this will forever be my get away i travel over 2 hours to come to this hotel and i would be happy to travel more

Enjoyable stay
Cute old multi-house hotel. We were in a satellite building that I liked better than the main building. Breakfast was very good. We did not try the pub/restaurant. More laid back than Aviemore.

Reasonable value, a friendly and informative welcome and good breakfast with quality goods. The interior is a little dated and bed was ok. However the electric shower emitted a very loud noice with no hot water, with no time to resolve as had to leave for business, therefore left a note at reception. Not great with a full day of work ahead.

Great location. It was on main street and had a restaurant in the hotel. Walking distance from a 9 hole golf course. The hotel rooms need a little upgrading but a very nice place to stay.

The Cairn Hotel is a real gem in the highlands. The food is fantastic, Gareth is a great host and the rooms are clean and comfortable. If you are looking for a real highland hotel, this is a must

A peaceful and comfortable hotel with very nice meals in the downstairs restaurant. This was a lovely place from which to explore Cairngorms National Park. Staff was friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend the hotel to friends!
