Pulled up to check in but there were other questionable looking quest hanging around the balcony on all sides! Not trustworthy looking so I never checked in .. does not appear to be a safe place to stay

This hotel is dated, but the service was good. The room was kind of gross. It wasn't super clean and it smelled dank. The sheets had seen better days, and there was food or some other type of crud on the curtains. Just an "ick factor" in general. The staff, however, was very friendly, so five stars for that aspect of the stay.

Stay was ok..but need to better cleanliness. The front desk area was nice but elevator had no air in it..room had stains on carpet and curtains and one of my rooms had hair on one of the beds the other had stain on top cover..bathroom shower curtain could have been cleaned better..breakfast was not good everything seemed watered down from juices to eggs and sausage....ok hotel just need to up their game on small things that make a BIG difference

The bed had stains on the sheets from not being changed. The carpet was sticky. It wasn’t a clean environment at all. The staff was very friendly

The people who worked there were very helpful and kind. But the carpet in the room and feel of the hotel are old, used and musty. The room smelled weird, I think both from the age of the carpet, as well as another smell that seemed like it was supposed to be covering the original smell up. There was an old gross stain on the side of the mattress you could see. Honestly, it just felt kind of dingy and gross in the room, and like most of the what was in the room needed to be replaced, especially the carpet. We chose to stay with family instead of staying the second night there.

I checked in early morning probably midnight. I was greeted by Shawn… who apparently was having a bad day. So I was greeted with “of course a last min check in” after I interrupted his whatever he handed me my keys. When I get to the 4th floor and find out neither key works I return to the lobby- to which as I’m walking towards him I hear “of course he has a problem with his room” (apparently he doesn’t know the difference between internal monologue and external) to which I (don’t know why but felt the need apologized too him!!!) and explained my keys were not working.. he explained how it was my fault for holding near my phone battery or a magnet.. whatever happened to treating a customer with a smile and a welcome? With the exception of housekeeping which were pleasant and very nice this was a miserable experience
