Rooms are in Bad condition
the carpet is super old and dirty. ours was wet and smelled like strong mildew that I had to ask to change rooms which they did and the second room was a little more less strong on the smell but the beds are awfully in bad condition the mattress felt wet??? I would never stay there again .

75 dollar deposit is far too much especially when they have bugs. We noticed after being in the room for 3 hours. We moved our bags to our car and shook all of our clothes out. Checked out at midnight. We could not spend the night

The front desk staff were very friendly. The room was in poor condition. The whole room smelled musty, the carpet was wet. Our door was difficult to open from the carpet. We cracked the windows to help air it out. There was mildew on the walls in the bathroom and mold in the grout of the shower. At bedtime, we discovered our bedding was damp from the comforter not being probably dried. We initially asked for blankets to replace the damp comforter, but ended up changing rooms at 10:30pm. The desk staff were very apologetic and accommodating, indicating several people were experiencing similar issues. The breakfast staff was very friendly and dining area was very clean. We have stayed in this location several times of the years with no issues. We won’t likely choose this location in the future.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating and prompt. Although clean, the hotel itself needs a proper renovation/modernization. Time to invest to renew bathrooms and bedrooms. Rooms were very outdated, dark and worn. Carpet was a bit on the musty side. The price was good, breakfast was so-so. But overall, a decent experience, mainly due to the great staff.

The room I checked in was DISGUSTING had mold and water damage and smelled like a wet dingy swamp. There was food and hair on the sheets when we turned back the covers as well. My husband had to go to the emergency room because of the mold in the room. We checked out with one manager and she apologized and was told we would be refunded only to be charged an additional charge the next day! I am still waiting on the manager who called me to return my phone call as well as the booking site. This was completely unacceptable.
