All staff is ao friendly. Minor issue with key card was quickly resolved. Hotel was clean and quiet. Not many ammenities but we were only in town to visot family. Breakfast just basically coffee and muffins. All 3 days the hard boiled eggs tray in the fridge was empty by 8 am. Room does have stove and fullsize fridge. No utensils or shampoo in the room.

Pretty descent but did not like that they wouldn't accept cash. Towel rack was broken. Grab and go breakfast was mostly sugary and GMO. Coffee was descent. Creamer seemed old though.

Clean and spacious
The room was clean and spacious. Covers very thin ( bring a blanket). People above were very noisy but overall our stay was quiet. I was charged $25 per night for my dog ( beware) you're told it's a one time fee over the phone. I would stay again if the pet fee wasn't nightly.

The wonderful receptionist called to see how my initial view of the room was. I told her the floor was super sticky and you could see my every step. Also there were small"brown drops" that led from the toilet toward the room door. Yuck!!! The shower corners could use a little bleach to bleach away the buildup there. Bed was comfy!!

Family Visit to Newnan
The shower drain was clogged. The kitchen did not have any items, you needed to go to the reception desk to obtain plates, silverware, etc. The bottom of the chair in the room was full of dust, the chair in the corner still had a piece of plastic from the previous guest. Not what we expected at all.

Not happy on reservation
They did not honor the reservation at all! I chose for “Reserve now, pay later” of course it did got my credit card info but it should have bot charged at all! I was 3 hours away from the hotel, driving that direction when my card said “transaction decline”….. of course it was going to decline, i had 10 dollars less than the price of the hotel, but that was not the issue, the issue is they charged from my credit card when i was specifically got the option to pay in the hotel! Once i get to the hotel i told them i have a reservation under my name! They could not find anything! So they checked again, there it was! They said i had canceled the reservation, i got mad, showed the confirmation number then told them i did not wanted to pay earlier, i was going to pay in person! Yet they did nothing! All they said was “you want a room, you have to pay for deposit”!!!!! It was late, i was tired of driving! I just didnt had the strength to keep arguing, paid the damn deposit and got the room i originally reserved for a few dollars more 😡😡😡 Besides that, they said they had free hot breakfast, 9am and i found nothing but coffee and a few cookies! What a joke!
