The bath tub was the biggest I’ve ever seen at an inexpensive hotel! The staff were super friendly, accommodating and patient. We would definitely stay there again!

We needed a room at a livable price that was clean and safe and that is what we got! The room was really large and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk folks were very nice! The elevator needs updating for sure! The continental breakfast leaves something to be desired as well, but the location, cleanliness of the room and great attitude of the staff made it all good! Thanks!

A/C was not working in our first room. They promptly moved us to another. All rooms were non smoking, but the hall smelled of Marijuana. Staff was pleasant. Old building, needs some updating, overall we were disappointed. A/C not working was a deal breaker

The room was nice and clean and the carpet looked new. It was quiet all around which is a big plus. Walking distance to restaurants and museums. Our room had a pretty strong smell of fresh paint, no refrigerator, and only one set of towels so I had to bug the front desk a couple of times.

A wonderful place to stay and great people

All around great. Comfortable, clean and spacious rooms at a great price. Bonus the people are friendly, helpful and wonderful. I travel a lot and this was a rare treat and surprise. Not just a good deal, but a very nice place so I highly recommend this as the option when in Carson City or a stop on your way to Tahoe, like we did.

Room was not what I choose on Expedia. Had to pay 250$ more once I got to the hotel to get the room we needed. Hotel is dirty and under construction. My upgraded room had dark hair everywhere, the shower, bed, floor, not sure they cleaned the shower or vacuumed. Very disappointing!!

Nice stay! Clean hotel with breakfast and great price in a convenient location. Parking garage was very nice and convenient for getting my stuff to/from car to room. Would stay there again.

Nice place to stay. Good value for the area. Good continental breakfast. 2 downsides; 1. They charge your credit card 2 days before arrival. 2. The front desk people need to be more customer friendly.

Terrible place. This should be a homeless shelter

This was a terrible experience. This hotel should be a homeless shelter. We are told hotel is changing the carpet but the amount of stain shows it should be shut down and replaced over 2 weeks and then reopened. There were NO soap in the room. Took about 10 minutes for the front attendent to show up. The hotel smelled terrible. Not sure how it got good rating from Hotel.com. if you folks keep doing this I will stop using your service. The breakfast was the worst I have ever had. Please refund my amount

Very clean and well kept properly. It shows some age with noisy HVAC and a lousy mattress. I slept on the floor as it was more comfortable. Breakfast was included although due to low volume of customers, the spread was limited.

Run down!

Our family comes to Carson City for the soccer tournament. We have stayed at Hardaman House several times. It is more run down than ever. We were in room 101, i tried to open the right side window, it fell completely out of the frame. 1st floor, not safe. My daughters room, the thermastate was hanging off the wall, not working at all. Beds were comfortable, the only positive thing i can say.
