Actual conditions didn’t match up to website descriptions. Left a day early, after checkout hours, because handicap needs were not met. Decided it was better to eat the cost and go sleep in our own bed, with toilets we could use.

Everything was great from check-in to check-out! Staff were very welcoming and kind! Rooms and property were clean! Requests were handled quickly. Also provides continental breakfast! Quiet/peaceful! Highly recommended :) Also, wine provided was excellent and relaxing during our stay!

Property is a little dated. We stayed there two years in a row for a tournament we attend in Reno. Nice option for outside of downtown Reno. Quiet. Staff is great and they are working hard to update. The place is clean but again, dated. We will be staying there again next year and look forward to seeing the improvements. Other nice things, coffee is available all the time along with wine and treats in the evening. Breakfast could use a little more in terms of options.

Good value, satisfied with our stay.

Staff was friendly- A+ . Basics for room cleaning was fine. It is old , so floors are stained, curtains old and ripped in our room. Beds comfy, good pillows and sheets. It was quiet which is important to me and can be bad at newer hotels with thin walled rooms. Breakfast very basic, but helped get you going on the day.

Room had plenty of room. Lights were dim, toilet was loose in the bathroom. TV was so small it was hard to see from beds. No decent creamers for coffee. Cashiers were confused about charges on check-in and check-out but this may have been due to Hotels.com reservations.

This hotel was awful, it was filthy, and there was no hot water. The staff were rude and unhelpful. Definitely do not recommend.

Excellent location.

This is an older property with an excellent central location. Beds are new and very comfortable. Parking is convenient. And the people at the reception are friendly. The carpeting throughout the property needs to be replaced. Indeed, a sign by the elevator mentions this. The hotel will be far more appealing once the new carpeting is installed.

Stains in the carpet, dirt on the carpet, bed wobbles like it’s going to fall down. The wall paper in the bathroom is falling off the wall. The whole place needs a major renovation.

Family of three, stayed a couple of times to go skiing in Tahoe area. Pros: Great location, affordable price and pretty clean overall. Very convenient underground parking with elevator. Accommodating and friendly staff. Cons: Desperately needs renovation - carpets are in stains and very worn. Walls do not look very well either.

I chose this place for the comfort and quick morning food. Never again. The bed was comfy, but the bed frame wobbled when I was sitting on the bed to put my shoes on! My shower went from warm to instantly cold when I was half way through showering. Carpet was stained. I felt sight impaired from the terrible lighting. No drain plug in the sink. The breakfast was a joke. Bread and a toaster. Dry cereal and coffee. The nighttime cookies were loaded with salt. Gross. I feel sorry for anyone who works there. How are they in business? Maybe 10 cars parked there and our room was that bad. Had to press a button on the side of the TV to get reception😆Worst stay anyplace in years! I’m not mean, but I am honest. Not worth the money.
