Very disappointed

Worst conditioned hotel I’ve ever seen. Torn wall coverings and carpet, bad wiring, toilets that don’t work, broken masonry, uninspected elevators.

Like but not loved.

I really liked this place but it needs updating. We stayed on the 2nd floor, which is in desperate need of new carpet. They did have signs posted apologizing for the mess as they prepare to replace it, which also made pushing the luggage cart a little difficult. They post instructions on how to turn the tv on at the front desk, with today’s technology, I don’t know why it has to be that difficult. They have comfy, it was a fairly quiet night and it was pretty affordable.

Over night stay

I really loved this hotel. A few things were not so great. But nothing to get mad about. The shower in the bathroom shower head was positioned very low. I had to do a backbend to get the shampoo out of my hair. But that’s not the first time I have experienced this The breakfast could have some more choices. Different fruit different cereals and maybe muffins Bed was super comfortable We were passing by needed a place to sleep for the night. This place was perfect

The whole place was spotlessly clean, the hot water was consistent and lovely, plus the staff were awesome. The continental breakfast was a little limited but there was coffee!!

There are small problems here that added up a little. The television was on the light switch and then required a full resetting of the input for cable television. There were instructions at the front desk, but this can be handled better. The ice machine was broken, which was a bummer, and the fan in the bathroom sounded like a jet engine!

Dirty, unsafe 30 year old or more ripped up carpet with huge stains everywhere on it in the corridors (hallway to all rooms. Toilet barely worked with a loud high pitched whine lasting 4-5 minutes, bathroom fan sounded like a jet engine rumble when turned on, tv didn’t work except for one channel. Bed frame was rod iron and not attached to the wall or floor with bed slats loud creaking every time we turned over. Carpet in rooms 30 years plus old, green, dirty. The ice machine on the first floor leaked all over the tile and was never cleaned up. Rooms were not cleaned or fresh towels brought in. Only thing that was ok was the bedding and towels were white and clean. Mattress was comfortable. We rented the two rooms there because the Hardman House is named after a family that lived there many years ago and I thought my family would like that it had history and I was born in Carson City. NO manager. DON’T STAY IN THIS DISGUSTING DUMP. EXPEDIA GET THIS RAT TRAP OFF YOUR SITE!!!!!!!!
