The property is ok. Very convenient location in the Carson valley area. Room cleanliness was average. Our main concern was the bathtub area was quite moldy. That's was a big turn off. It's time for a renovation in the tub/shower space.

I found the room dirty when I entered and had to inform the front desk person. It needed to be cleaned, so I walked my dog around while he cleaned it. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Love this one, it was a hot day at the time of check in and the nice staff left the AC on for us, that was really nice. Good breakfast. Reasonable price. Definitely will stay here again!

I stayed one night and charged for three after specifically letting them know and they will not refund me my money it’s frustrating , the manager was extremely rude and even after getting confirmation from the front desk he refuses to give me a refund stating I’ll only charge you two but you need to pay because 3rd party companies have strict policies - not my problem o didn’t stay

Pool was out of service, wasn’t informed until we checked in. Also the towels smelled funny. Really gross. Room cleaning service was canceled one of the days of our stay. Not the best experience but the common areas were clean and the staff was professional.
