This property has bed bugs, black widows and roaches. It is very dirty all over. The breakfast was old and cold. The staff, manager was very rude and I accommodating. We made the mistake of booking with Expedia because we had to check out early due to them not having any towels after a long day at a swim meet. We had already used our 4 towels more than one day and they had no way to replace them without washing and drying them at 8:20 at night. Expedia told us to check out then they could refund us for the last day and then we could request a refund for the 2nd day. The manager became nasty and refused any refund at all so we paid for two hotels. The pool and spa were green and unusable. The chemical smell was so bad that they had the windows open but it did not help. Another tenant found huge bed bugs. We returned to the property to try and work out a partial refund and found people in the lobby that were waiting for their room to be fumigated for black widows and roaches. This place should be closed.

Several maintenance issues in our room: missing bathroom fan, mirror and door lights out, no kleenex, charging power outlets not accessible due to poor cap alignment. I would normally report issues to front desk but from previous interactions i didn’t feel comfortable. We were scolded when we sat in the eating area before 7 am. Also, there were multiple signs pasted to doors about no towel availability. We will not return to this hotel.

To whom it may concern, the only thing that disappointed me was the jacuzzi smelled like a lot of chlorine. My children's eyes were very red just so they should be careful with the amount they add. Overall the staff and service was excellent.

Place is nice, but they only have a Maintenace man weekly, during the 4 days there, I was having to get new key cards two to three times a day, front desk got to the point of giving me 2 cards at a time, the reason for card failure was that they believed the battery in the door lock was malfunctioning, and that maintenance was scheduled for Saturday. I felt bad for the front desk because they were dealing with an issue, they had zero control over.

Front desk is really nice friendly and helpful. Room is clean not bad for couple hundred per night.. Is convenience close to everything. food shopping 20 minutes to Reno 20 minutes to lake Tahoe Sand Harbor. But parking lot is no light kinda scary for me to walk to the car by myself. I'll stay there again. Thanks to all staff ❤️
