The property had cockroaches, the linens were not as white clean as you would expect, the lighting in the room was dim, the surrounding property is falling apart that some areas didn’t look safe. Bed frame is metal so it was a bit noisy. Toilet bowl is tired and not as clean as it should be. Curtains could use a little sprucing up. Bed sheets and blanket are thread bare thin. Check-in staff is nice enough but not the most engaging.

Well I know I stayed two nights I had my dogs with me, pet friendly good. But the state of the hotel was bad no pool no up stairs no breakfast no places to sit real bad status.... price good. It looked like the building was condemned and the second night had someone next to us fighting real loud. Sorry it was bad but stuck in situation I had to stay. I'm grateful for the stay with my dogs.

The property was very run down. Minimal repairs done to building. No breakfast, no pool. My room did not have a dead bolt and a cracked window. My friends outlets didn't work. The whole upstairs is blocked off and looks unstable. Staff was hard to understand.

I never received and e-mail or phone call and had paid the room. I was a day late and they took my room away. Not cool when I had already paid. Come to find out hotel is next to sewer ponds and falling apart. My buddy staid here and the place is a wreck. An insurance fire waiting to happen.

The only good part was the bed. We slept very well. The metal base was noisy and I have never had one like yours. The WiFi was terrible I was unable to connect about 30% of the time. The bath soap was poor. We never got replacement clean towels. The lights had to be adjusted to work. There was a table but only 1-chair. The drawers were hard to open and hung down when opened and you had to hold it or it would fall out. Even though it was May the pool was not available. The ice machine leaked and had to walk around the leak to get any ice. If your policy wasn’t to refund we would have checked out the first day and moved to the hotel that we stayed at last time we’re there. My sister normally stays at your hotels and this is the worst that she has stayed at. Before I retired I mostly stayed at Hilton family hotels ( I was Diamond status for my last 6-years and spent many nights in their hotels and others too) I never stayed at one of yours and based upon this one I will recommend to others to consider another family of hotels.

This property was horrible and unfortunately should not be in service. The clerk at the front desk was neutral in manner. He wasn’t rude but not really friendly either. My husband noticed exposed pipes and wood rot on the outside of the building as we drove around to the room. As I walked up to open the door with the key, I notice the door was propped open by the security latch. I cautiously open the door because I have never had a room door propped open as I’m arriving. As I opened the door I was hit in the face with a horrendous fish smell. This is when I realized the door was propped open because they knew the room smelt horribly. My husband went to use the restroom and the toilet did not flush. My husband and I did not even unload our belongs, we got in our truck and left. We drove around to find a new hotel to stay for the weekend. I’ve never been so disappointed with a Quality Inn.

disaster at quality inn and suites in minden, nv

the building was in disrepair, the pool was empty and in disrepair, the second floor was closed (probably because it was unsafe), we visited our room, it was not clean and we decided to go to another motel. due to this experience it unlikely we will use hotels.com ever again. i did not think to take pictures of the motel but you would not believe they actually were open for business.

A nasty neighbor with a dirty smelling room

It smelled kinda musty n smokey as soon as I opened the door,... Though it could have been my neighbor who was one of the rudest a-holes I met in a long time,... My gf n I had a little disagreement and this dude comes banging on my door like a cop n after I crack the door n tell him he needs to go away he does after a couple minutes of just staring at me. But not 10 minutes later he's banging on my door again with the manager, the manager was rather decent n calm with me but once this D-head called me a "tweaker" because I was so pissed at him my hands were shaking and given that name calling, I almost ripped his face off but the manager stepped in n told the guy to get outside of his hotel, the guy left my door and the manager and I said we'd talk in the morning,... I went to the gas station and as I left, this D bag comes outta his room and starts towards my door so I told him to either keep steppin or get back in his room he jumped back into his room but seconds later he came back out and ran around the building thinking I'm dumb enough to chase him ... The place all in all was kinda dirty and honestly it felt a bit run down especially at the prices they are charging and considering we were supposed to be able to do laundry there and they told us the washer was broken only to find the cleaner lady using it hours later.... Ridiculousness.
