The motel looked significantly better online than in person. The furnishings were dated and beaten up in my room, and the building overall seemed to be in disrepair. There were also a lot ants in my room and the bathroom floor looked dirty, although it might just be old/dingy. Not the worst place I've stayed, but definitely not worth the price that I paid.

If you are visiting Lake Tahoe for weekend stop then this very cost efficient stay

This is the worst Motel I've ever stayed in. I reserved a suite and got a filthy room with a king-size bed. The room smelled musty, the room curtains had seen better days, and the bedspread was old and delapidated. The room key didn't work, so the clerk had to come and use his decoder key several times to get the door open. Additionally, he needed to bang on the lock numerous times to get my room key to finally work. The website advertises free breakfast, but only coffee was available. It also advertises a workout room and sauna, neither of which is available. There is also no bar on site as advertised. This entire facility needs to be inspected and reviewed by the Choice Hotel corporation. It is a rip-off and a total embarrassment to their brand of Hotels.

Kind of pricey for what you get

Looks like this establishment is going through a rehab. Needs attention to their landscaping. Found several spiders in the room. Beds were comfortable

The room smelled so bad. The sheets and bedding smelled horrible. While the room appeared clean it was not. This was the worst place we have stayed in several years.

There was a sign indicating in the lobby that breakfast was no longer being served. There was plywood blocking access to the second floor. The landscaping around the property was not kept up. There was other general cosmetic issues in our room and around the property. But our 3 year old thought the room was great. We got what we needed - a clean place to sleep - but the general quality of the property was lower than anticipated/advertised.

Bed was good, shower water pressure was okay. Outside, weeds everywhere, building looked condemned, second floor boarded off, sections of walls and walkways uncovered and open to support beams, broken and cracked windows, all screens broken, plumbing fixtures very hard to use (had to use both hands to turn on), staff was terrible, rude, extremely hard to understand, room dirty. Questionable if Expedia will be used again because of this experience. Expedia’s description of property was fraudulent.

We were staying for a wedding. Pictures of the hotel did show a park and shopping center in front. The second floors were block supposedly for remodeling. The second floor above our was crumbling on the end. I didnt feel safe with it or with the area around it. There were tall weeds in all the plant areas.

When I first got to the property, I thought it was an abandoned property, facia was missing from the building. The parking surface was potholes and falling apart everywhere the laundry facilities were filthy leaking, the rooms were less than good, staff was rude, and the entire property seemed very unsafe

This property is in need of help. The room was clean but the parking lot was a mess. No entrance to to upstairs, which looked like the balcony was about to fall.
