An unforgettable experience from start to finish! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. Héctor and Hania were incredibly kind and helpful—always attentive and making us feel right at home. I also had a massage with Sandra, and it was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had—so professional and relaxing! The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were spotless, and the overall cleanliness and kindness of the entire staff truly stood out. We 100% recommend this place and can’t wait to come back next year. I don’t even know where to start, from the momnt you areivew you feel like a VIP guest, everyone is so polite and welcoming! Hector the concierge is amazing! He’s helpful, knowledgeable and can pretty much solve any issue with ease. Everyone at Gobernador was wonderful, we had breakfast there every day, food was delicious loved the Huevos Criollos and the typical fried Caribbean treats. All the spaces in this hotel are just gorgeous. From the lobby, to the patios and the rooms. We had a double room that was roomy and smelled delicious! It was so well appointed, anything you may need was a phone call away. The spa was also wonderful, we had massage services and both ladies were gentle and very professional. The pool area, the staff, and the pool itself were perfect! Great drinks and service. The 360 view from the pool terrace is amazing!! I honestly felt like a celebrity, everyone treated us with respect and kindness. I will absolutely comeback! I’ve declared Bastión Luxury my new home in Cartagena!
