I wanted to love my stay at Bondo Estudio, but we ran into too many issues. First, we had multiple plumbing problems — the sink, toilet, and shower all had issues and eventually overflowed onto the bathroom floor. It made using the bathroom very inconvenient, and when we asked for help, it took a while for anyone to come. Then the water shut off completely without warning for 30 min, which left us unable to get ready for dinner on time. There were also cleanliness issues. Every morning, I noticed gnats flying around the pastries, so I avoided them. The one time I did get a drink, the iced coffee was watered down and not worth $5. Worst of all, one night we saw a huge water bug inside the pastry case. The hotel is in a convenient area near the Walled City, but the beach across the street wasn’t great. It was crowded with vendors, which made it hard to relax or enjoy the view. The rooftop is cute and has potential, but housekeeping barely checked in. Bring your own washcloth, because they don’t provide them and don’t refill soap regularly. Bondo Estudio has a nice look and a great location, but the lack of maintenance, poor communication, and cleanliness issues made our stay disappointing. Hopefully, they make improvements in the future

Property is very beautiful and staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location and there are many things to do in the area. The cafe also has very good food. I would have given the stay a 10/10 however there was a plumbing issue in one of the bathrooms in our suit. It sounded like there was water leaking between the walls. When we reported it, staff confirmed there was no leak, but that the sound was due to old piping. On the bright side, the noise was intermittent and couldn’t be herd if the bathroom door remained closed. All in all, I would stay here again.

Loved our stay here! Security guards are available 24/7 which made us feel safe. It’s the perfect location the beach is across the street, the airport is close by, and the ride to el centro is short. The staff was amazing! Answered any questions we had and recommended things to do during our stay. The rooftop is phenomenal as well, amazing views perfect to catch the sunset :). The food and drinks in both the lobby and rooftop were great! Can’t wait to return. Shoutout to the girl who works in the evenings she was great with us and (sorry for forgetting your name 😔) .

The property itself is beautiful. Perfect location and views. Sometimes it’s the small things that make a huge difference like trusting the staff or having all working amenities. On vaca you want everything to be perfect… their logo fits it feels like home and therefore some things were great others not so much for example my tv channels didn’t work and I didn’t always appreciate the quality of service. Felt more like a dormitory with tricky staff at times. I’m not sure I would stay again because of other concerns but not the place itself was overall comfortable.
