This hotel is clean and the breakfast fast excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The is some maintenance issues in the property but the room was nice and clean. Compared to others hotels in Colombia that we stayed this was the best.

The property was great however they advertise breakfast included on their site and we paid for it . When we went to have breakfast and was leaving they ran us down like we stole something .had to call Exoedia and clarify it . The person I guess who did the marketing never realize that breakfast was included . Exoedia end up have to refund out lonely however the embarrassment was not refunded 🤔

recently stayed at the Hilton Hotel in Cartagena and had a fantastic experience overall. The pool area was absolutely amazing—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing in the sun. It really became one of the highlights of my trip! The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. Every staff member I interacted with was warm, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. They went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. While the beach directly at the hotel wasn't the best, it's worth noting that there are plenty of beautiful beaches nearby that are easy to get to and definitely worth the visit. Overall, I highly recommend the Hilton Cartagena for its excellent hospitality, incredible pool, and great location. Looking forward to coming back!

I had a great stay at the Hilton Cartagena! The location was absolutely perfect. Just a short, super cheap Uber ride to the Walled City, which made exploring the historic center incredibly easy and affordable. The hotel itself is right on the beach, so it was great having the ocean just steps away. The beach was clean and relaxing, and the pool area was a big highlight. Spacious, well kept, and perfect for unwinding. The rooms were cool and comfortable with great air conditioning, a must in Cartagena, and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. All in all, the Hilton Cartagena was a solid choice for both relaxation and easy access to everything the city has to offer.
