My stay at Capilla del Mar was excellent from beginning to end. The staff, especially at the front desk, went out of their way to be helpful, friendly, and professional. The hotel itself is well-kept, comfortable, and provides a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel at ease the entire time. Everything ran smoothly, and it’s clear that the team takes pride in the guest experience. Excellent breakfast. Unsafe pool with slippery tiles and crowded with lounge chairs that made walking around the pool dangerous for falls. There is a construction to next to the pool. Check in not ready at 3 pm. I got my room at 3:45 after lots of complaints

First time visitors to Columbia

Overall the hotel was nice, staff very friendly and accommodating. The location however is on the corner of a busy street and we could constantly hear horns honked or loud radios in cars. Pool area is small and had to walk through other groups of ppl to get to our chairs. Food at the pool bar was very good.

The best costumer services! Security, welcome staff, reception people. En general all staff are so polite and ready to help you. The room was perfect, no balcony but excellent view troughs a window. A convenient location, a great rooftop pool, and a beautiful view are all advantages of this hotel. I felt like I was moving into an apartment rather than a hotel room because the rooms were clean and spacious. I will recommend this hotel to family and friends. If you are the person who needs coffee to wake up, you need to go to the buffet, coffee at the room is extra around $us. 1, per cup.
