Good: Direct access to the beach from hotel only steps away literally. 2 infinity pools 1 being adults only which was great to get away from the noise on the 2nd flr. Beautiful hotel amazing relaxation. Bad: House keeping never put fresh towels, ac unit is annoying and hard to figure out doesn’t have a button to lower the temp only to raise it

A Perfect Stay at Hyatt Regency Cartagena! My stay at the Hyatt was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. The room was immaculate, well-appointed, and thoughtfully designed, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the modern amenities. Made it feel like a home away from home. The on-site facilities were fantastic. The pool/spa/fitness center was clean and inviting, and the restaurant served some of the best meals I’ve had in a long time.Breakfast was a highlight of my stay, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit all tastes. The location of the hotel was also a major plus—conveniently situated near beaches and landmarks making it an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers. I can’t recommend Hyatt highly enough. Whether you’re in town for a weekend getaway or a longer stay, this hotel offers exceptional service, comfort, and value. The property was just ok. Nothing special. The staff in general are very uptight; not really conducive to having a relaxing vacation. The way the elevators are arranged doesn’t make very much sense. Two different elevators just to go out. Two different elevators to eat. Food service hours aren’t very accommodating either.
