Room 901 The air conditioning sounded like a woodpecker. I had to come back to the hotel due to spirit airline delayed the flight for one day and they could not print / give me the invoice because I paid on line thought Expedia. They asked for your passport and made copies of that, I feel it is not secure.

The property was very clean and staff were attentive in Spanish only. The rooms are small but enough space to be comfortable. The property is in a great location and proximity to the beach, Walled City, and other attractions. Would stay again.

Hotel does not offer meals unless purchased by package. If you don’t buy the package be prepared to spend up to 42 - 45000 COP for one individual meal. Overpriced for the hotel that it is. It’s next to the beach and stores and the staff is friendly.

Never Ever Again. Sleep in the Airport Instead.
This was an old hotel and the staff seem frustrated. Who do they take it out on? That's right. I tried three rooms my first night. I should have checked out the fourth. All technical issues. Cleaning staff want to clean at specific times. Do not disturb sign up? Screw you, we're coming in anyway. Say something about it, you get yelled at.
