Not exactly a hotel but still nice, great location
This is not a hotel, but if you're looking for a comfortable, spacious place in a nice location, it is tough to beat for the price. The apartment is well-equipped with bedding, towels, dishes, silverware, fast wi-fi.
The taxi driver couldn't find the building even though we had the address, and we circled around a while until we finally found it next to the Decameron.
The building appears to have both owner-occupied and rental units. It was never clear if we were dealing with the unit owners or a management service, but the woman who gave us the key was pleasant and helpful.
The building has full time security and controlled access.
The view from the living room is spectacular, overlooking the beach, with the old city in the background.
No food is available onsite, but many eating options are close by, and the unit has a full kitchen with appliances.
Room enough for several people in three bedrooms, although 9 would be a tight fit. The master bedroom has a king bed and the two other bedrooms have two twin beds each.
The living room and two of three bedrooms have televisions with many cable channels in English and Spanish.
The swimming pool is fairly small, and shady most of the day, but if you want sun then go to the beach.
There's no maid service, but the rooms all had several sheets and other bedding.
Be sure to bring your own toilet paper or be prepared to buy it nearby.
All in all we were pleased with the facility and would return again.
