I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Osh Hotel Cartagena, and it truly exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was treated like royalty by the warm and welcoming staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel itself is a stunning blend of colonial charm and modern luxury. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities you could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the rainfall showerhead was the perfect way to unwind after a long day exploring the city. But what really sets Osh Hotel apart is its incredible location. Situated in the heart of Cartagena's historic Old Town, you're just steps away from the city's most famous landmarks, restaurants, and bars. The hotel's rooftop pool and bar are also not to be missed! The views of the city are breathtaking, and the cocktails are expertly crafted. Overall, I would highly recommend Osh Hotel Cartagena to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay in this incredible city. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so special! Lovely hotel. Staff was mostly great. One issue seems to be how breakfast, dinner, drinks etc are communicated back and forth between the bar, waitstaff etc. Friday night I had a particularly bad experience in waiting a long time for drinks which tainted my stay a little in how it was handled by the hostess. But it’s a great hotel, staff mostly friendly, great location and I highly recommend.

The facilities are awesome. It is very comfortable, clean. The only but I would say is the service. Although the staff is very nice and polite it seems that they are disorganized, may be they are understaffed, so the orders took so long to be ready.

Great, clean hotel
Clean hotel, immaculate grounds, attentive staff, excellent location. Only issue was with their check-in. Be aware they adhere to the 3pm check-in even if you get there at 10am, 11am 12 pm, etc. That's the only reason I did not give 5 stars. Drinks and food were great. Awesome rooftop pool area with nice view.
