The property was beautiful; however, the only issue was the bathroom in my room, which leaked every time the shower was on. The leak was so severe that water would run into the room, making the floors wet and slippery, which I deemed unsafe. I reported the problem to the front desk twice, but nothing was done to address the issue. We even had to order ten towels to catch the water while showering.

Went to Cartagena and stood in the Osh hotel. It looks exactly like in the photos, everyone was very welcoming, the hotel is very clean, good food and amazing drinks. Will definitely visit this hotel again.

This Hotel is exceptional. From the moment to check in with Adonis at the reception you get an amazing welcome. The restaurant had delicious food being severed by the nicest waiters one of them Roberto. And the pool is so beautiful and warm, Benjamin at the pool is the best he brings your towels to the beds you choose and sets up for you. He even brought us mosquitoes spray when he saw we were being attacked. The hotel is very conveniently located near restaurants and the Clock tower. I will definitely be back to OSH without a doubt!!!

I’ve stayed here before and will continue to do so. One of the nicest more modern hotels in Cartagena. The staff is incredible. The rooms are small regardless of what you book. So anticipate that but the pool is wonderful. Food is great. Drinks are great.

Loved the property and area! The only things that weren’t perfect was the fact that the AC broke down twice in four days. If you know Columbia you know that it is EXTREMELY HOT!!! So that didn’t for us. What also didn’t really work was their tablet. We tried room service , which I thought they had, but that seemed to not be the case. Other than those two things, everything and everyone was amazing!!

Great location, amazing culture, beautiful experience. I highly recommend staying at this hotel OSH has such a cool, zen, calm vibe. I mean right in the next corner are so many vibrant and lively murals. Street dancing, amazing food and drinks all within walking distance. Even Wallad City is just a 5 minute walk away. STAY HERE. You won’t regret it.

Smells wonderful gorgeous property -on night one of four, i saw a bug on my pillow - i killed it and left a blood smear - i left a tip next to the blood smear and the cleaner didn’t change the sheets. Got cleared up the next day when i read the sign you are supposed to put on the bed for sheet change - missed it at first due to language barrier.
