Overpriced for the lack of service and attention to the guests. I had to communicate with them numerous times the week before my arrival for transportation. There was no communication upon pickup and the room was not clean. The bathroom had hairs on the wall and the laundry bag had blood. When this was addressed all they said was “sorry”. They had a private event in the rooftop and no food was offered starting at 12pm! The event was at 7pm! Terrible organization, don’t get your moneys worth wouldn’t stay here again, wouldn’t recommend. Glad we only stayed one night

Loud Music Faulty Towers.
1st night I was unable to sleep as what i can only describe as a rave went on above our room. Loud music and banging until well past midnight. When i called to complain I was simply ignored. 2nd night after moving rooms the toilet would not flush. I was told its not an emergency so would need to wait until morning to have someone look at it. The rooftop bar was closed every evening for various private events. The Jacuzzi pool had a foaming mold in it. The rooms had to be requested to be made up every day. The only reason to give 2 stars is the concierge was very helpful and the location was good.

Excellent service, breakfast and restaurant the best. The only and major inconvenient was that rooms are too humid and with a mold smell. Area is too noisy. Events most of the time at the rooftop limited access to this amenities

Great staff. Kind, helpful, and attentive! Location is amazing you are literally in the center of old town. Things are for the most part polished and clean. The rooms do show wear and tear especially in the restrooms, very rough towels IMO. Large hotel so I occasionally heard noise when people would be returning form their night out. Nothing terrible. Overall good/okay. Decent stay.

This property has a rating higher than my experience. I booked two rooms and this is the review on Google from my friends I was traveling with … “Our first room smelled very strongly like mold. We asked to move rooms and they did accommodate us, which was nice. The free breakfast wasn’t bad but wasn’t good either. There is no WiFi at the hotel. I am glad I was only there one night and wouldn’t come back.”

Very good location. Nice room and breakfast included was a plus. Pool closed way too early. It was hot and humid, so cooling off by the pool would’ve been nice. 7PM closed. Not much English, but that made it interesting.

We were happy with our room, cool when outside it was 30 celsius. The bed was made daily, towels changed as well. The concierge was particularly friendly, and very helpful. The rooftop pool was too warm for how hot it was outside so it was not refreshing. The dining room / bar was overpriced for what was given and would recommend dining elsewhere, where prices were better as well as the quality of what was prepared. In addition the waiter demanded a cash tip even though the gratuity was included in the bill. The room was not soundproof and the loud street music sometimes kept us awake for a long time.
