Place is nice and according to neighborhood. Very well located for walking inside the walled city. We did have an issue; somebody took some US$ cash from the safe. We reported this issue to the manager, but nothing was done.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful both at reception and breakfast , very accommodating , we checked in late room is spacious , little dark , had problems with the safe on arrival , cut my leg on the corner of the bed , and had a issue with the hotel wanting to charge me 40 USD to bring a guest ( Massuer ) to my room for an hour , this info should be shared before booking as I’ve never experienced this before , spoke to the GM little English but he waviered that charge for the duration of my stay , location great , nice stay once we got over the hurdles of rules of hotel ..

Nos hospedamos por dos noches y desde que llegamos la atención del chico de recepción excelente muy amable y dispuesto. La habitación muy confortable, con un poco de olor a antiguo pero nada que ocasione molestias. La parte del desayuno y el personal fue súper excelente siempre dispuesto y atento a brindar el mejor servicio; mi esposo estaba de cumpleaños le dieron cake le cantaron fue espectacular muy agradable y agradecida. Location is central and enabled us to walk everywhere! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Im only not giving it 5 stars because even though the rooms were spacious and comfortable, they are very stuffy and humid. Honestly it smelled like mold. Our room had no windows so it was very dark even with all lights on. My daughters’ room had a balcony so it was well lit but despite that, it was still very stuffy. By the timeI Ieft I had a runny nose and was nonstop sneezing, and I have no doubt it was related to all the moisture in our room.
