My first impression of this hotel is a slightly high class motel. Most of the staff where friendly. The front desk staff gave us a room next to the elevator, when we asked for a change he refused and asked us to upgrade with more money for an ocean view.

Me gustaron las instalaciones muy amenas, de facil acceso, el desayuno muy rico, lo único malo y no se si es parte del hotel, es la señorita que ofrece los tours en la entrada del hotel, muy poco profesional y eficiente, dos tours agendamos con ella y la experiencia muy mala, la chiva nunca llegaba y tuvo ella que ir a buscar otra porque no sabía ni que hacía y el tour a las islas del rosario nos tuvo esperando 2 horas en el muelle debajo del sol, le llamamos y no respondió el tour incluía ir a ver los delfines y no hubo tiempo, según el capitán del yate a ellos a última hora les avisaron que nos fueran a traer y nosotros ya teníamos días de haber comprado el tour.

I traveled with my two kids and husband. The hotel was in a great area. Very close to the airport and all tourist spots. The hotel is nothing fancy but if you just care about sleeping in a place with AC that’s safe and convenient for a great price this is your place! I wished they had room service. The restaurant closes @9:30pm and in my opinion it’s a little too early for those late night cravings. You get free breakfast which is nice but I just wished they had more options. The staff is ok.. not rude but they need to smile more and be more welcoming. I would stay here again.
