My room smelled terrible and the room felt very humid inside it, my family (wife and kid) was awake all night till 3am because the owner of the property( Wyndham Garden of Cartagena) threw a party on the 3rd floor and could hear the music up in my room on the 6th floor, I talk to other families that were on the 7th floor and could hear the music too, I was told the guest with families that if we didn't like it we could leave in the middle of the night and go somewhere else, I will never bring my family there again. So disrespectful to our families and so unprofessional to turn a family Hotel into a party spot and didn't even warn us when we checked in in the beginning. Sincerely, Bobby

The hotel and hotel staff were fantastic. The hotels in a great location Ubers are really affordable from this from this area. The only thing I didn’t like is to communication about the pool being closed for two of the four days that we were staying there for other than that, everything else was great.

Everyone was professional and nice only thing i didnt like was up stairs by the pool area there was no one there when i went and i was there for 10minutes and when i went bk there was no towels only dirty towels by the pool area and it was early .
