This was our 3rd time here, definitely noticed a decline. Although the grounds remain beautiful it was very annoying that several restaurants being closed on the same night, not many choices to eat because of this. Staff at restaurants not very attentive and trust me I don’t need much. Towels smelled even though they were new. No soap in room for 3 days ( glad I brought my dove bar) . The best service was at the pool bar in Filadelphia , friendly and fast. Food wasn’t as good as the last couple times either. Our friends we went with didn’t get their a/c fixed for two days . Bottom line it did t stop me from having a great time, not the end of the world but definitely noticed the decline. Would I go again ???? Probably not but the palm trees are plenty and that’s what I truly love !! If you go, don’t expect it to be service like Mexico and you will enjoy! Pura Vida

An unforgettable stay with an incredible sunset view. From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay was exceptional. Our room was extraordinary — beautifully designed, comfortable, and with a stunning view that made it feel truly special. Having our own private pool was an amazing touch and made the stay even more relaxing. The common pool area was another highlight, especially around sunset. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and watching the sun go down over the ocean from the hotel was one of the most memorable parts of our trip. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Every little detail seemed thoughtfully taken care of. Between the spectacular location, incredible views, beautiful room, private pool, and outstanding hospitality, this was easily one of the most memorable hotel stays we’ve had. We would absolutely love to come back! P.S - This is a polished version from GPT. But I promise each and every statement holds true.
