everything about this hotel is perfect- staff, modern amenities, clean and location.

I loved the hotel. The room was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the entire staff was incredibly kind and attentive. We experienced a few issues both before and during our stay, but they handled everything quickly and resolved them in the best possible way, which made us forget about them. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it.

Everything was great except, lunch Buffet was over run on Sunday with day pass guests.

Samuel was the best service staff we have ever had. He made an effort to learn English words with us while also teaching us Spanish. He definitely made the trip even better. As for the island, it was incredible. The boat ride there and back was 1000x better than a day trip boat I took a day prior with another company. It’s breezy at night on the island which helps keeps the mosquitos away. Would definitely recommend staying at least 2 nights to be able to fully enjoy the island :)

There were cockroaches in the room. No running water throughout my stay. Had issues with getting double charged they were disorganized. The doors in the supposed suite I had were broken so you hear things outside which is a very busy area. My biggest issue is nobody taking accountability for the actions and when I tried talking to someone they either ignore or turn the blind eye. This boutique hotel is not gonna make it operating like that. There are much better ran hotels dont stay here and book in advance because all the prices hike up tremendously. I would look elsewhere.

Beutiful location , not too crowded more family-friendly. Staff excellent. Very tranquil.
