The attendant was not at the desk when I arrived at 1:30am. The room was very basic, over half of the light bulbs were out, and I had a hard time getting the door to lock.

Any concerns I shared with the staff were taken seriously. The breakfast was simple but it was good. Very friendly staff, quiet hotel with ample parking for the duration of my stay. I’m very likely to stay there again if I need accommodations in the area

The staff were very nice and helpful, but the property has the feeling of being on its way downhill---the hairdryer was broken, bulbs were out in the bathroom, the door locks worked intermittently and their greenlight never came on even when they did, ad grout and paint need redoing. The location was convenient to my sister-in-law's house where we spent most of the time, so I have no real complaints, just observations.

TV in room need to be update to the current version. The lobby needs to feel inviting. Very disappointed, I paid for 2 rooms and used only one. The hotel near by is very modern and cleaned so I stayed there and left one room to my family

The Hotel was very convenient to i75 and room was clean and comfortable. The only complaint is the breakfast was your typical very unhealthy US continental breakfast with no real healthy choices. Other than that a decent hotel for the price.

Not the best experience this time
I stayed there two nights, in two different rooms. Neither one of the TVs work to either room. The second day I woke up and went to take a shower, and zero hot water. There is so much light coming into each room, that is hard to sleep.

Horrible stay
Hotel had a broken door that did not lock fully. Also the entire place had no hot water. Front desk did absolutely nothing to help. Was not able to get a refund
