The room was mostly ok but the curtains were broken and would not close. The bath was clean but the toilet area was so cramped as to be unusable. At Breakfast, the powdered eggs were watery and unpleasant and the coffee was pretty bad.

Clean room but understaffed and desk clerk was having to handle check ins and checkouts, breakfast service, and giving out towels for your room since housekeeping was not included. Very nice staff, but need help. Hotel needs updating as well.

Staff is somewhat rude, definitely not friendly especially front desk staff. Mold found on vents of air conditioners in our two rooms. Due to lack of hotels in the area, this was our last choice, and we were right to be apprehensive. Drive further away to avoid this subpar hotel.

Noisy road. No point in paying so much for a quiet night away from home if you can’t get a quiet nights sleep. We were having work done at our house and thought it’d be quieter to stay in a hotel nearby. Well I would rather have not even spent the money.

This hotel is in a very convenient area with lots of choices for shopping and dining. I like the open closet, and space if the bathroom. But as a single woman, I did not feel safe or ok in this environment. The hotel itself did not make me feel safe. I got attitude from housekeeping when I asked for more hangers. The machines in the gym either did not work, had issues, and were not clean. When I asked for wipes for the gym, the front desk didn’t have any, and offered me a wet rag. The building says non-smoking but the next day I woke up with a sore throat and the hotel smelled like smoke. Cars in the parking lot had broken windows (unknown reason), and lots of people standing outside. With all that the supervisor was kind to offer a full refund for the inconveniences.
