The elevators smelled like a dirty dog and rhr hallway absolutely smelled like its been used as a animal bathroom. Reeked of pee. The paying to park in a random suburb hotel i dont get. And i will absolutely NEVER stay here again.

This was a good location, very clean. The staff was ok. I had to wait a long time to be checked, not because there was a long line but there was no one at the front desk. When the lady returned she didn’t apologize or anything. I was standing there for at least 15 mins. She didn’t ask how long I had been standing, she just went in business as usual. Unbelievable! And I think she was the manager on duty. lol!!

I could not get in my room for 2 days, they had a problem creating the key/card. So everytime I wanted to go back to my room, I had to request and wait for someone from the staff/reception to follow me and open my room. Not only that, I paid for 4 days parking, on day 2 there was one event at the hotel and no spaces were available. I had to park in the little mall in front and after the event (11pm) had to back and park my car on the hotel lot again, otherwise my car could be towed! Terrible experience.
