It is in a very scary area of town and know as a drug motel. We felt unsafe. The room was dirty with holes in the wall, spiders on the floor , the bathroom sink was cracked, but if that’s not bad enough, EVERY DOOR to every room had been beat in with ram rods! All the doors were beaten and didn’t shut properly. The only staff person we saw was at the front desk and he appeared sketchy and secretive. There was nothing offered extra, example breakfast. We walked in the room and then walked out. I was in fear of being attacked. It was awful. I would like a refund but there is no way to get in touch with the hotel as they have no phone.

my room was nasty and the guy at the front desk was mean they made me pay for extra person even though I had two bedrooms I didn't have a very good experiment at the place and I would not come back if I had a choice to I want my money back or something

Make sure the bedding is clean sometimes doesn’t look clean. Need more than one trash can in rooms when people stay more than one night trash fills up fast. Fridge has no racks in it. Some of the rooms need work on the front door and bathrooms.

The rooms were filthy they maintenance is the housekeeping . My whole stay I had to clean my own room I told him to bring cleaning supplies since he wasn’t cleaning he brought air fresheners and a broom . People we literally having sx then would check out he would go in there make the bed up and sell the room to someone else . Didn’t strip the sheets sanitize the room or anything just sold it to the next person . I broke out in hives I have photos for proof it was bed bug and roach infested I had to throw away hundreds of dollars worth of food roaches get in the bags . They didn’t care they were so rude . I’m thinking about suing them .
