Good, clean rooms and friendly helpful staff

My initial room's bathtub faucet leaked. They quickly found a better room. The breakfast buffet - the orange juice was watered down and the apples were old, the skin was wrinkled and the apple was soft. The attendant was quick to keep the hot foods fully supplied.

Amazing staff, Nice rooms

The people here were SO nice! Of all the trips I’ve been on, I’ve NEVER met a friendlier hotel staff. They were able to help me when I ran into some trouble losing my hairbrush at 2am and gave me tips for getting around in the traffic. Room itself was very clean and well kept. I normally hate leaving reviews, but this place just genuinely impressed me, so I had to say something!

Hotel Renovations Not Disclosed

I scheduled my wee long stay for my son's graduation from KSU. When I arrived i found the hotel undergoing major renovations. I was never informed prior to my arrival or i would have make other arrangements. I had a beautiful view of a dumpster. Obviously, I worked very hard to stay away from the hotel for the week. The management and/corporate offices knows when renovations will take place. There is no reason to inconvenience guests. Guests should be informed well in advance about any such work. I will never recommend this hotel again because of the lack of consideration by the management.
