The lady that work the front desk last night was so delightful. She went out of her way to welcome us and get us checked in. She even remembered us by her greeting when we returned with our suitcases. Past midnight we needed some ibuprofen and she assisted us with getting what we needed. Very friendly and loves to help others. Breakfast was a nice touch but unfortunately many thing were not restocked at 9AM so items were limited.

The Southern Hospitality, exemplified in the Persona of Marisa, sits at the APEX of Customer Service. It's hard to fathom that Marisa MAY NOT be a Manager, which is a grievous violation. The way she listens FIRST and responds with a Courteous Solution, framed within the Sacred Etiquette of the Hotel Industry. She needs to be PROMOTED - immediately IF NOT SOONER!

This property wasn’t bad and was good for what we needed. If I could give the cleanliness a 2 1/2 star I would. It wasn’t that bad but there was just some weird substances on the wall and cover on the bottom of the bed that did not look good.
