My mattress was really worn out. I had roaches in my room. Nasty smells. Carpets old and filthy. Homeless people sleeping under the stairs. It seems it’s a property for section 8 beneficiaries, not really an hotel for traveling people.

My son stayed here and there were roaches everywhere! The amount of money you pay to stay here you shouldn’t have to deal with bugs to where you can’t sleep. Should be refunded!!

1. No staff at the counter at 8.45pm onwards, the shutters are down 9pm onwards , huge inconvenient when checked-in late night as no one was there and shutters were down 2. No room cleaning in 3 days of stay 3. No cups/glass, no utensil in the kitchen 4. No TOILET pater holder in the bathroom 5. No Iron/iron board in the room 6. Water or soda dispenser in the lobby out of service 7. If room key is displaced, the hotel will charge $25 8. Toiletry are not provided 9. Room was not cleaned in three days of stay As the long-member of Expedia, the suggestion for expedia is to review the hotels in their website listing. Expedia should return our money for this pathetic experience.

Okay hotel for the price

The pool in the pictures look much larger than it was in real life I know this is a common thing but it was very very small. There were no doors on the cabinets in our room and the countertop had lots and lots of gouge marks from people using it as a cutting board. We noticed several bugs during our stay and the bathroom door was warped so that it would not shut properly. The air conditioning worked amazing the beds were comfortable. The hallway smelled like fried chicken and the stairwell had a very chemical smell.

It is listed as a 2 star accommodation, so i don't set the expectation bar very high. I've stayed at this property 3x, in the past 2 months. The first floor, is ok, if you can tolerate any occupants above, on the 2nd floor, and the all night activity. The second floor is ok... but the exit doors do not have hydraulics on them, so they slam shut every time someone goes in, or out. Back to the 1st floor... Id read reviews of bugs, roaches in particular. My first 2 stays, i didnt experience any bugs. My most recent visit, my room had ants, and i killed to roaches. The bedding was dusty. And the toilet paper, though they charge for additional rolls, wasn't replaced with a full roll. Again... i dont expect a 5 star experience, at a 2 star motel... But, my biggest gripe was, the hot water, in my room, was non-existent. Other visits, i hadn't experienced these particular issues. Rooms are affordable, so there's that.

Although the room was clean, parts of the property on the interiors needs some renovation. elevator needs some love. Security for exit door not working, anyone without a key can access the building. Mattress was little flimsy. Need better pillows. No freshen up of bathroom or bedding for the 3 nights i stayed. No equipment in the cupboards. Don't know if any is provided at desk. No one there after 9pm. Not sure who i would have had to call if i had a problem at night. I guess for the price, you get what you get.

I didn’t know like anything about the hotel they were roaches ants the cupboard doors to the sink were off. You can see all the plumbing there were no cups in the room. There were no essentials like hotels have when you went into the snack room for a snack machine They mostly all out of order. It was a horrible stay and One essentials that hotels have for the rooms you had to buy a cup to drink water or to get coffee. I’ve never in my life seen anything is horrible as this I don’t see why they are even allowed to be opened.
