We loved our stay. Room was clean and big. We used the pool and hot tub-in NOVEMBER! It was heated and lovely. The restaurant was great, and service was amazing! Can’t wait to go back

Casino, room, and surrounding area is very clean. Room seamed brand new and even smelled new when entering the room. Bathroom and huge walk in shower was very nice. Staff was very nice and welcoming. I definitely recommend this casino/hotel to anyone.

The room was big and comfortable. Safe would be better up on shelf versus on floor,especially for older people. The casino was way too cold . Not enough food options during casino being open. Hopefully things will be looked into.

The lady in the VIP member services was very rude and rotten...for no reason other than i asked to speak to a manager about a concern . She then says the manager will tell you the samething as i am.. so i proceed to say okay that's fine i'd like to speak to them anyhow she says okay fine and the hangs up on me.. so i call back the other employee/manager i did apeak to named Mariah was pleasant and has class , Hopefully management at facility knows who im refering to in this review she doesnt belong in public relations at all, event happened on a call 10-10-24 @ 6:45pm

We had a corner spacious room close to the pool. The pool was huge and beautiful with large jacuzzi! The nearby winery would have been wonderful but it was closed. We had a lovely dinner at The Flame.
