Cama dura, ar condicionado mto barulhento!

Tivemos uma estadia Boa em outro momento, porém nessa última agora ficamos no anexo, onde a cama e muitíssimo desconfortável e o ar mto barulhenta!

HOTES.COM não cumpre com a sua reserva.

Infelizmente e para minha surpresa eu cheguei ao hotel e fui informado que o mesmo NÃO tinha convênio com HOTÉIS.COM, ou seja, NÃO HAVIA nenhuma reserva no meu nome. Tive que aguardar das 11 até às 17:30 horas para conseguir um quarto para minha hospedagem.
