Unfortunately we had a number of maintenance issues , lots of broken things in the 2 bed townhouse air conditioning after a number of attempts could not be fixed , door was Broken , button to flush toilet and more they definitely need to be maintained better . Staff are great itā€™s a lovely resort but I canā€™t say itā€™s 5 star due to those issues I would say 4 stars and unfortunately wonā€™t return .

Very nice property 15 minutes walk to town (downhill) cheap Uber back. Had only a couple of small issues. They do need to change the music in the bar/restaurant. 5 songs in the entire loop.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel in Portugal. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and especially great with the kids, which made a huge difference for us. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The space was clean, well-equipped, and perfect for our family. The breakfast offered a great selection each morning ā€“ something for everyone ā€“ and really set us up for the day. But honestly, the highlight for the kids was the pool area. They didnā€™t want to leave! It was safe, fun, and a big hit for the whole family. Could do with a small amount of upkeep in this area with the decking but this didnā€™t hinder or bother us in anyway. All in all, a fantastic experience and we would definitely return. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

We loved it at Montesanto, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, we were there to celebrate my husband 50th birthday and they surprised him with a bottle of wine and cake. The facilities are very accessible for someone with difficulty with mobility for example, lift to the restaurant and pool and walkable paths around the property. We are definitely coming back!

Nice place

Nice spot really enjoyed it. All facilities excellent. Only small negative. The balconeys are unbelievably close to each other. It's like you're sharing a balcony nearly with your neighbours.

Stayed mid-October. Fantastic resort, staff super friendly and attentive. We celebrated a couple of birthdays and received cakes and sparkling wines from the resort. Buffet breakfast was excellent. The resort was kept spotless and rooms cleaned each day. The location was great, near the beach, supermarkets, town and some great restaurants. Only thing Iā€™d say could be improved upon is the heating of the indoor pool could be slightly warmer.
