Very friendly staff, even though they didn’t speak English And the view was fantastic

Clean and spacious room in a good location. Staff were welcoming and friendly. I was travelling for my birthday and they surprised me with a cake which was a lovely touch.

Lovely breakfast on the rooftop. We had a two bed apartment with two teenagers which was great - with two bathrooms. The staff were exceptionally helpful. Really enjoyed our stay here and would return.

The location is ok if you want to stay close to the noisy train rail. The check-in was long; they seem understaffed. The thermostat was broken so my room was over 25 degrees upon walking in and that took nearly 3.5 hours to fix, so I didn't have access to the room. They send reminders to check out online at all hours of the night, so turn your notifications off, and you still need to check out in person because you need to bring your key cards to reception. Finally, to cap it off, they fraud your credit card with phantom mini bar charges, mine was 15.50 euro. I emailed Jessica at the front desk about this fraud and she was unhelpful.

Kind and professional. Thank you again Julio. The steak and dry sauna helps rejuvenate b with the long walks. Amazing spacious room
