This property is very outdated. The faucet in the shower was broken. There was body lotion in the shower instead of conditioner. The staff was not friendly. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear absolutely everything from the hallway to the ice machine to the street noise. Definitely will not stay there again.

Noisy environment

Our room 128 had a connecting room which we could hear everything that was happening next door, they were being loud and a noxious past 10pm couldn’t sleep, you can hear everyone walking the halls and every time a guest closed their door. Not a good night sleep for the price

The clerk who checked me in was courteous. When I turned the A/C on to cool the room, it kept reverting to 76 degrees. I couldn't get it to stay on a lower temp to cool. I asked the clerk about it and he came to the room, and we found the temp at 68. After he left it changed to lower temps, down to 61 and I couldn't get it back to 70. Finally, I turned it off. The room was clean and had everything I needed; HOWEVER, I was not able to close the drapes completely and I felt exposed to the outside. My room was close to the lobby and there were people talking loudly. Finally, at 11:30 pm I stuck my head out of the room and saw a woman standing at the door, apparently talking with the clerk, very loudly. I called out asking them to stop talking, that people were trying to sleep. To their credit, they did stop and it was quiet after that. Of course, after that it took me a long time to go to sleep. At breakfast, the juice dispenser was "out of order", and no juice was offered at all. I chose this hotel based on the reviews I read on Expedia, and I was disappointed.

Wyndham Hotel-Casa Grande

Hotel was perfect for what we needed. They had a comp breakfast. Waffles,toast, yogurt,cold and hot cereal.fresh fruit, breakfast bars, beagles cream cheese. Free coffee and juice 24/7. ( no eggs/bacon) Coffee maker in room, microwave and frig. The only down fall was the pool and spa closed at 5 pm. Clean rooms!

Dangerous hotel for those in need of assistance.

The staff was very accommodating. However, the handicap accessible room was not accessible and on the verge of dangerous. We needed a handicap room as I had just had surgery on my left hip. 1st: The staff recommended we bring our own raised commode seat as I was not able to bend down onto the existing toliets. There was a metal shelf placed just above the toliet that I hit my head and shoulders on twice. 2nd: The shower/tub floor was slippery and shampoo, etc. is placed on the wall where only a perdon who could stand up, could get to them. 3rd. I could not move freely around the room with my wheelchair. It was just way too tight. It scares me to think how I would have gotten out of the room safely if there had been and emergency. 4th: I could not enter or exit the room without assistance. Room #131 I tried to added photos, but the review system did not allow it.

Staff was friendly and always willing to help. Breakfast was so-so. Need to have cereal and milk. I tried to get yogurt and the cooler was locked. Pool had very limited hours. Floors need to be mopped in the ruins. Ice maker and computer didn't work.
