Everything was going good until staff was peeking through the window before giving us a chance to open the door after one knock. I’m not sure if it was the owner but a man just walked it and realized there were people in there and walked out quick! Thank God I had the chain on and he couldn’t come completely in and when I confronted him about it he said it was probably room service and I told him “no it was a man” he didn’t have anything to say after that. Front staff is rude and not friendly at all. They seemed annoyed about having to answer the front desk. The lobby is never open you have to buzz them to a side window.
We reserved a room with 2 beds and a pullout and we did not get that. They informed us the room with the pull out was unavailable due to water supply issues and would not give us our money back to go elsewhere so one of the people in our party had to sleep on the floor. The shower was by far the most disgusting shower I have ever seen with stains all over the curtain and stains and dirt all over the tub. There was zero hand soap provided to wash our hands at the bathroom sink and the window in the room would not close all the way so we could hear the road outside all night trying to sleep. Hands down the worst experience we have ever had at a hotel.
Management is rude and unprofessional. Rooms are dirty and smell bad. Charges a 100$ deposit and lies about when it will be returned. Overall it was a terrible experience and I will never stay in this oyo or for that matter any oyo ever again. It has been 6 days and still no refund of my deposit. Even though he cleared the room. Owner is unprofessional and treats his patrons very badly.
Rooms are dirty and smell bad. Management has a 100$ deposit policy which fine whatever but he will not give you the day that the deposit will be returned. I paid 100$ for 3 days then reserved room for 2 more days he charged me another 100$ deposit had no choice but to pay it since I am here for work. Still have not seen the return of either deposit. Stay far far away from this hotel.
