I liked the location, although it was away from the main tourist areas. The staff were all friendly and helpful, the beds were comfy and the shower was great. The room itself was small and a bit shabby, but comfortable enough. There was renovation going on but it was quiet for sleeping. Overall, i enjoyed my stay

Hotel Ok. Maybe overrated in terms of price/quality. The zone: so ugly and sooooooooo dirty. So much garbage smell all over the square with people peeing on the streets. Impossible to walk more than 5 minutes. Breakfast Ok, acceptable.

When we checked in the host seemed nice. After we got to our room we found out there was no air conditioning. The shower was so tiny that you couldn’t turn around in it. They offered two small towels. In regards to the “airport shuttle” it is a taxi they call and they charged us 300MAD when it says 250MAD in the website. There was no locks on the balcony door and it is in a very run down area. It was definitely not a 3.2/5 as the rating shows.

Clean good condition but staff off hand and restaurant guy was rude had a attitude and because of Ramadan there was no food anyway - he very reluctantly got us a coffee which was not great anyway. Nowhere inarea to purchase food morning or night except a bakery in afternoon and a small supermarket but nowhere to eat even after dark.

Reasonable option
It’s maybe one of those reasonable option in the area. Room is clean and ok location, view is not great but accessible by taxi and acceptable. Stuff was ok but not much friendly or helpful.

Kind of depressing
Although there was nothing in my room that was too bad, and the bed was neat and clean, the hotel in general was getting pretty run down. The corridor lights that only lit up when you walked through the corridor meant that the corridors were mostly dark. A discarded dinner plate and stains on the floor did not add to a sense of cleanliness, but when the food was still sitting out there 10 hours later, it didn't make me feel great about their service.

Ok for travelers on a budget
Most of the staffs are helpful in locating surrounding resources such as taxi, where to find food etc. Some are not that friendly or helpful. Beware of the airport taxi drivers, once you get into the taxi and half way to the hotel then they start to demanding additional fare over and above the recommended fare from airport to the city.
