My only complaint was the ac was not cold enough for the bedroom or the downstairs.. It was a bit hot but other than that ever was great! Great customer service and the coffee was definitely a super plus! Gracias for todo! Thank you very much!

Great location, near museums, restaurants. The Metro, and the train station. Large, excellent breakfast. Air conditioning and good sized room.large bath with good amenities. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. We felt lucky to have chosen this hotel.

The views are amazing and the suite was very generously sized. Food was excellent and the staff very helpful. A true gem in the Alto Adige region
