The hotel was beautiful right in the centre of everything

We landed at the airport at2330. Really useful hotel to stop at, they arranged a pick up, location right in the centre and a 24 hour reception. Nice breakfast too.

The staff were very welcoming and easy to deal with. We had an issue with the room initially that was resolved quickly. Friendly service and a nice atmosphere.

Great location, WiFi didn’t work

This hotel property has the potential to be an amazing stay along the beach front. Very disappointed lack of communication from the reception staff. The property is run down, broken pavement, untidy around the building and the lift area. Loud noise music every night till 1am… It wasn’t cheap to stay!! Housekeeping was clean but unpleasant smell through the air conditioning. Strained carpets throughout the building and room. Have stayed there before thought may have been improved. I will never stay again or recommend to anyone else! I hope the owners see this review understand that this is not acceptable. The owners and staff need to appreciate the value of customers who are on holidays not be treated like a burden. Room for improvements!!

Parking was terrible to find and then was the last person to find a parking spot. Other wise the hotel was in great shape which was very surprising!!! Some staff were very helpful while others were nonchalant!!!!
