Not a great place.

This was an awful lot of money to pay for a very below average motel. A clientele was very sketchy. The room was just so so but seemed clean. Lots of loud activity and carrying on during the night by other guests. The breakfast was extremely minimal and unappetizing so we chose to go to a restaurant. All in all I would not stay here again.

Comfort in Casper

Second time staying here and was as comfortable as the first time. Staff was helpful and the room was comfortable. It is in a great area with lots of food options and other things to do.

Concern about cancellation policy

This stay was good. I am concerned about how much it will cost me to cancel the other night I had reserved three days after the first one. Our plans got changed and I no longer want that second booking. I think they have two separate cancellation policies; one for people who booked directly with the hotel staff, and one for those of us who used hotels.com ( or some other similar entity)

The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff very friendly, but I did have trouble with the door locks - it took some effort to make the bathroom door's work at all. There was also some wear on the walls, but overall worth what I paid, I think.
