The staff were very nice and helpful. When I opened our room, I noticed a (dare I say) infestation of box elder bugs all over the window and curtains. I was hoping they were on the *outside* and what I saw were just shadows; they weren’t. They were inside. But, nothing my size 10 and some tissue couldn’t handle. That was really the only issue. Hot tubs were nice. All in all, hotel was really clean and nice.

This is such a great hotel! It's very clean and very cute, looks like a ski lodge. The staff were all very friendly and it was so reasonably priced. We would definitely stay here again!
