Front desk was very accommodating: My wife has bad knees & stairs are ALWAYS an issue. We were give a ground level floor w/short access outside. Might not seem like much but to us it’s everything. Tyvm!

Room was clean but I had to plug the tv in myself and into the lamp on the table because it wouldn’t reach an outlet. Also there was an alarm clock and a phone in the room but they were unplugged and where I went to plug in the alarm clock there were no outlets anywhere near it. I also had to plug my phone in clear across the room because that was the closet outlet… the only option to sit was a desk chair or the bed and the light in the room was poor 1 lamp on the desk and 1 light when you walk in the room. A fridge and microwave and coffee maker were all in the room and all unplugged. If you wanted them plugged in you would have to physically move them to reach the one outlet in the room
