We liked the black out curtains. Although there were many things that made our stay unenjoyable. During check-in it appeared like the lady was on drugs. After we got to our room, the beds were uncomfortable, tub didn’t plug, fan in bathroom didn’t work, handles for the sink were loose, internet sucked, saw dust every time we opened the door, and the construction workers were there super early making noise. Although, the hotel staff did apologize for the inconvenience of the renovations, the apology did not make up for our stay at Riverside.

Room area was under construction. Key would'nt work to doors and I had to go back several times to get a new key so I could finally get to the room. In room television did not work at all. Front desk staff was really nice but hotel should not rent out rooms under construction.

This hotel is fine for an overnight stay. It is under renovations, which is great but would have been nice to know before booking. Main complaint in the room is that the toilet took a very long time to flush which made it somewhat nerve wracking. Overall, fine but not the best.

Riverside Hotel was beautiful. It was quiet at night. Very convenient to get anywhere needed in Casper. There was one male front desk worker who wasn't the best as we had asked about the restaurant and he told us it opened at 4, however, it was closed that night. That is the only thing that was bad. Otherwise, the continental breakfast was delicious, the rest of the staff was kind, and it was clean! Beds are comfortable.

We also appreciated the options for filtered water and hot water as that made our mornings easier. Room was unupdated but clean presumably because we asked to be away from construction.

you get what you pay for

It was 95 degrees the day we checked in and the AC in and the AC didn't work. just made noise. no one at the front desk for check is. waited an hour for someone to be there. the TV didn't work, completely unplugged, and the batteries in the remote were dead. burns in the carpet....trim was missing in the bathroom. couldn't close the bathroom door. other than that....it was good. I'm not a picky person, but the standard hotel room necessities are kind of a given. not here....

Lovely place to stay!

Unexpectedly nice hotel to stay in. Huge, attractive atrium with lots of different seating areas. Nice warm pool and hot tub located in the atrium. All parts of the hotel were exceptionally clean. Room was large and looked out onto the atrium. Very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The breakfast could have used a few more options but it was ok. We would certainly stay there again and recommend it to anyone passing through Casper.
