First room smelled of cigarette smoke. No spoons at breakfast for cereal. Body wash in shower was empty. No local TV broadcast—just streaming through Roku. I did like the pet friendly aspect.

Riverside is a wonderful hotel! Staff was friendly and rooms were clean! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, then relaxed with a glass of deliciously filtered water! I can't wait to see it after the remodel is completed!

There were a couple of pickups (with men) that parked near the river, in the back, after work hours, pulled out their portable BBQs and started their dinner. I had planned to do the river walk but I was uncomfortable and uncertain so I went somewhere else to workout. The shower soap was out, the 2 light switches in the main room did not work on the lamp like fixtures. The guy from front office had to come make the tv work because the previous people had adjusted it for their games. I was pretty disappointed because this is usually where I stay if we’re coming to Casper.

I was walking in the room with socks on, when I remove them i noticed the bottoms all full of dog hai, I had to request to have room vacuum, shower floor was very dirty drain full of hairs I have pictures, and carpet had a big spot like dog's urinating. Real bad Looks nice but not at all Front desk was always un atended.

There was a safety issue because the exit door on the side of the building we were told to park near and use to access our room would not open and allow us to exit. There was a button that said "emergency exit" and we pressed it, but it did nothing to allow the door to open so we could get out. We had to go back upstairs carrying our luggage and walk down the long hall to find another exit. When I returned the key I told the staff person about the issue, and she said I needed to hold the emergency button down and then try to open the door to get out. Two things: 1) she knew about the issue preventing someone from getting out of the building and was willing to allow it, and 2) what if there was a fire and we needed to get out quickly, not having time to experiment with a button. Isn't that why there are laws requiring panic bars on doors? So should be able to always exit a building through all exterior doors in an emergency. Also, annoying housekeeping snafus--no shower gel in the wall mounted shower bottle, and the juice machine at breakfast was empty--all four spouts. On a positive note, the free breakfast was well stocked had many options from eggs, yogurt, waffles, milk, muffins, and coffee (just no juice).

Love that the hotel is right on the waters of the North Platte. My son fished right on property and caught two fish in about a half hour of fishing. Rooms are spacious and quiet. Air conditioner was a bit hit or miss. Overall, this is my number in choice for a hotel in Casper.

Clean and friendly service, but nothing special.

The room was clean and the desk attendant was wonderful. The breakfast was probably the worst I've see at any hotel. The waffle machine was empty, the juice machine was out of order, there were eggs avaliable and everything else was a carb. Everybody that walked in while we were there was mortified. The ice machine nearest our room was also out of order. I may stay there again, because it was clean and safe, but I wouldn't stay if I was in need of a quick breakfast before getting on the road.

Nice setting next to the river, and along a walking path. Staffing was problematic, and the front desk was not staffed adequately during expected busy times - afternoons for check in, mornings for check out. I would stay here again.

Great service

Great upgraded room! Quiet, comfortable and great view. The desk clerk that helped me remembered me from prior visits and personally selected a room for me that had a view of the river. He thought I would like it and I did; I was very pleased that he remembered me from prior stays.
