The lady at the front desk was super nice, it was easy to find. The carpet could have been cleaner in our room, there was a Qtip under the edge of the bed that you could see from the room side, which shows attention to detail isn’t high. There was a very musty or urine smell in our room, so the price seemed really high for what you got.

I had to extend my stay twice. The front desk folks were super nice & accommodating. They kept me in the same room, which I greatly appreciated. All staff were friendly. I'll stay there whenever I'm in Casper.

Shame really. Property has been recently upgraded with new, clean carpets, furniture and bathroom recently redone. Technical Problems bring score way down. Key card didn't work. Another geust passing by stated she had problems getting into room. Front desk attendent also had difficulty. Reprogrammed card, yet still access problems. TV remote didn't function properly. Asked for a room change, and was provided a different room, after a wait. While waiting, another geust claimed they couldn't get into their room. Yet another geust complained that their bedsheets had not been changed. 2nd room was an improvement, except for an open window, which took multiple attempts to close. Broadcast TV stations were not offered. At night, the sound of thundering elephants above continued until 10PM. Not worth spending over $100 a night. Won't stay again.

Nice place on the edge of town. Accomodations are clean and quiet. The room is small but sufficient for a one night stay. Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Well Done Super 8 West

Two night stay but with two different reservations due to last minute change in schedule. The hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. We even asked to be moved to the top floor for night 2 as the room above us was quite active (teenage athletes) and there was noise that kept us up. The staff kept everything clean and well stocked for breakfast and were very kind from beginning to end.
