The front desk lady was really kind. The room was really dusty and seemed to be full of pet dander. Sneezing and coughing ensued. Not sure how the place has an 8.6 for cleanliness to be frank.

Friendly Customer Service

There were a few negative circumstances we ran into (e.g., the hallway smelled like smoke, our TV didn't work, there was no iron in the room), but each was met by staff with quick action, an apology, and a smile. The positive, helpful attitude of the staff made all the difference in the world!

Needs better cleaning and mattress needs updating!

Don’t bother with the hotel food. Waste of time- go to Wendy’s for cheap biscuits. The beds were horrible in our room. I had to ask for a clan shower curtain ours was dirty.

Paige at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. My room was pretty gross. I had to fix the toilet as soon as I arrived, there were pubic hairs in the tub, the bathroom walls were dirty, and the bed spread was dirty. And there is an enormous pothole at the entrance. Pretty disappointed given the great rating from Expedia.
