Great stay at Carnival Palace, the staff at the front desk were so very helpful with recommendations for food and things to do and sorting out excursions and such. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely place in a great location on a quiet canal. Staff really nice and helpful ( umbrella loan, booking taxi to airport). Rooms clean and very quiet- with almost too cold ac, which was great because it was so hot that week. Bar a great bonus, excellent drinks and service, really relaxing to sit outside by the canal after a long day.

The location was ideal and the property was beautiful. It was lovely to be so close to Venice, but be able to retreat to a pool and a spacious room at the end of a busy day.

Great tour, wonderful guide and boat staff

One elevator broken and it took forever to get up or down. AC doesn’t go below 22 degrees Celsius which is about 72 F, you will not sleep comfortable at this temperature. You will have better options around the area.

This hotel is phenomenal. Super clean. Very roomy. The most amazing staff. Super nice, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Well worth every penny. The location is also great. It’s quite but close enough to everything. Loved our stay.
